This Privacy Policy explains how BillerBay Corporation (“BillerBay”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit www.billerbay.com or contact us. It does not govern protected health information (PHI) we handle for clients. That is governed by the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) between BillerBay and each client, and by HIPAA and HITECH.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, practice name, email, phone number and message when you submit a form, call or email us.
- Payment information: when you pay an invoice, card details go directly to our payment processor, Stripe. We receive only the invoice number, amount, practice name, email and payment status.
- Usage information: pages visited, referring site, device and browser type, and similar data collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.
Cookies, analytics & advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, and the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our advertising and show relevant ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). These services may set cookies and collect information such as your IP address, browser details, the pages you view and whether you submitted our contact form. They don’t receive the contents of your message.
These tools only run if you choose “Accept” in the cookie notice. If you decline, or haven’t chosen yet, they aren’t loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
We don’t use these tools on our invoice payment pages. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, manage Meta ad preferences in your Meta account settings, or block cookies in your browser settings.
The site also stores your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again.

We do not sell or rent personal information.
Please don’t send PHI through this website
Our contact forms are not intended for patient information. Clients should share PHI, documents and credentials only through our secure tools, Transmit and Exchange.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and our business (for example hosting, email delivery and payment processing), under obligations to protect it, or when required by law.
Retention & security
We keep inquiry and payment records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and vendor due diligence.
Your choices & rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or opt out of marketing email at any time. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Children
This website is intended for healthcare professionals and businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
