These terms govern your use of the BillerBay website. By using the site, you agree to them. Services provided to clients are governed by each client’s service agreement and Business Associate Agreement, which take precedence over these terms where they conflict.
Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to transmit malicious code. Do not submit protected health information through public forms on this site.
Information on this site
Content on this website, including articles and case studies, is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, coding or compliance advice for your specific situation. Payer rules and regulations change often, so contact us before acting on anything you read here.
Online payments
The payments page is for BillerBay clients paying invoices for services already rendered. Payments are processed by Stripe in US dollars. Refunds for duplicate or mistaken payments are handled as described on that page.
Client portal
Access to Transmit and Exchange is limited to authorized client users and governed by your service agreement. Keep your login credentials confidential.
Intellectual property
The BillerBay name, logo, illustrations and website content belong to BillerBay Corporation or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission, except to share links to our pages.
Third-party links
We may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BillerBay is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.
